Super simple brownies anyone can make! (Footage was shot using a Canon PowerShot SD850IS. A digital camera whose video function is far better than still photos!) Simple Brownies (RECIPE) Ingredients: 3 cups sugar 1½ cups vegetable oil 6 large eggs 1 cup cocoa powder 1 TBSP. tsp. vanilla 2 1/3 cup self — rising flour 1½ cups walnuts Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 10 ½ x 15 ½ inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Beat together sugar, oil, eggs, cocoa powder and vanilla until creamy. Add flour and to mix wisely. Add walnuts. (Mix walnuts on only half the brownie mix — for me.) Pour brownie mixture into the baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Completely cool before slicing. Serve alone or with vanilla ice cream. Hey Tess, it’s Eliza from Romania. have you by any chance went your blog archive from 360 to a new place? i’d like to sign up to you again! Pleased summer!
I have only used self-rising flour for this recipe. But, if all you’ve got on hand is “all purpose flour,” then you may use it + 3 teaspoons of baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt… though I can’t promise that the end result will be as excellent as the ones featured in this video.
do you have to have flour that rises up or normal flour is fine too?
you’re salutation, Abe…
… yeah I know. I usually works with rythem and momentum… when these are absent, it takes time for me to get back into the mood. I’m sure I will film for myself cooking more in the future… I’ll try to fill simple and simple stuff…
