   well it was suppose to “help” rewire that whole thing… but that’s just BS from nikon…. : because they also claimed that if that keeps happening, it’s because we didn’t care for it properly. i freggin got my own camera for graduation in like June….thennnnnn they tell us you have to keep your camera cool : GAY! i want a damn refund! or the same camera for free freggin nikon. :

   Installer doesn’t help me. The camera shows the “battery exhausted” message and turns itself off even when connected to the computer.
   Nikon service is a joke. They want me to ship it at my expense and oh yeah they say the box it came in isn’t adequate for shipping so I need to get that too. Canon provides the shipping package and shipping for free.

   I have same problem. Nikon says no firmware is available. Any other solution?

   I read that you have to upgrade the firmware but this issue may pop up shortly after a lot of use.
