   Yes, digital. Optical zoom can’t be used!

   @fordbroncodave I edited the video, so I’m sure the raw file would be better quality.

   was that vid part unaltered straight off the camera or did you place it through some programs or convert it in any way?

    Best vids on the Canon A480 is all through the daytime, so the daylight improves picture quality, @ night, the quality isn’t as excellent particularly in low-light.

    yes and its BEST in light places.Dark places reduce the quality.

    It is so simple that a 7 year ancient can do it with minor help,and the program is Windows movie maker.
