when i received this camera it worked fine and i was pleased with it. i noticed that the lens had spots in it and i had to send it to canon ($15 shipping and ins.) and they had it repaired and returned in about 2 weeks. if i had bought it directly from amazon,and not a company who uses amazon, i could have just sent it back and received another one with no shipping fees and less turn around time. i like the camera but will deal only with amazon next time
