I have this problem. You know how in program mode you can set the sparkle +/- 1/3, 2/3, 1, etc…

Why can’t you do that in manual mode?
Or can you and I haven’t figured it out.
And is your max ISO in manual mode 1600?

With a camera mount, and a 120mm orion refractor, you could make some incredible shots of all the planets, and some galaxys.

    I’m sold as well.

@wrenthereaper If you bought it, you already know what I’m going to say is right. If not, then when you’re finished reading this, go buy the camera. I got one two weeks ago and it is worth every penny. It’s EZ to use, versatile and shoots spectacular pix and HD video. I reckon for less than $400, it’s the best camera on the market. Now go buy one and you’ll agree. :)

heyy! nice video, I just bought this camera but I cant know why, by watching a video in my computer the frames start to drop, it doesnt play very smoothly and the audio stop suddenly, can you help me? ´pliz

No, digital zoom took over. It would have looked alot better if I would of used a tripod. And there is also a branch in the way, that the cam kept focusing on.

    Fantastic test video.
Was this just using the 20x optical zoom or,did you go into digital zoom?
    Looked very excellent.
    Thanks.

Fantastic…excellent choice in Camera! I looked at every cam 400bucks and under on the market…and it didn’t get much better than this one.
