The EOS 7D is Canon’s latest DSLR, built for those seeking the convenience and affordability of the EOS 50D, inspired by the image quality and HD video potential of the EOS 5D Mark II, and keen for the high performance and toughness of the EOS-1D series. This is a really new class of camera built from the ground-up to capitalize on advances in Canon’s AF logic, EOS HD Video functionality, exposure performance, and other core technologies. Combined with the best unfilled features of the contemporary EOS line, the EOS 7D goes beyond capturing incredible still metaphors — it’s a complete media creation tool.

Hey guys, I wanna film professionally, but I don’t know which camera to get… The Canon EOS Digital Rebel T1i or the Canon EOS 7D… The Canon EOS Digital Rebel T1i is only like $1,000 with an extra lens, but the Canon EOS 7D is like $1,800 with an extra lens. Is the extra $800 worth it? Or should I get a really different camera/camcorder?

    Wow!

  24. GIGParanormal on October 17, 2010 at 6:20 am

Reckon of it like this. With pocket wizards if they go out you can still use your camera. If if’s built in, then you have to send the whole thing in for repair… It’s a nice feature. But I wouldn’t give up the open-air devices just yet…

  25. GIGParanormal on October 17, 2010 at 6:50 am

If they build receivers for the build in transmitter, maybe you could trigger your sparkle in the softbox. Maybe receivers will be an upcoming contrivance. As I don’t use a Canon sparkle with my cameras anyway.
