This reminds me of the Shelburne Museum in Shelburne, Vermont. It’s got a lot of the ancient houses and such like this place, but it also has a restored steamboat that used to travel across Lake Champlain in 1900s-50s. I’ve gone there many times. Sweet cool museum in fact.

@Jon I like it how in America 200 years ago is for you the start of your history very nearly – I’m in the UK and my house is Tudor (500 years ancient) and it’s nothing really special. Its an odd aspect of relativity don’t you reckon?

amusing whats considered ancient in the US, xD. Our house was built around 1900 which is sweet normal. Of course these houses are older than my House, but still when i go to the city its not too unusual to eat in a house thats 300 years ancient or more. But thats not even so ancient for Europe, but my contemporary city was sweet terribly smashed in the war.

I feel special that I live about an hour away from the oldest city in America after watching this video. I’m not sure how far away that place is from you, but the fact you thought you were in Maine might say something.
