@cookiepwnsU Yea im sweet sure they can sometimes i dont use my left hand to support the lens and they work fine. These lens arent as heavy as other lens ive seen lol my camera weighs 3x’s more than these lens lol so i reckon your ok. I hope i helped =)

Excellent job cat, Nice and simple without all the tech-talk.

  11. cookiepwnsU on January 14, 2011 at 9:10 pm

@peanutapt what i meant to question is if the lens mount can support the lens on its own

  12. peanutapt on January 14, 2011 at 9:24 pm

@cookiepwnsU Any EOS camera that comes with the stock strap wont break easily thats all i could know you were trying to tell me and no it will NOT break with these lens attached

  13. cookiepwnsU on January 14, 2011 at 10:22 pm

could let your canon eos 450d with this lens attached hang around your neck with the strap without contravention it?

  14. smildonfatalis1 on January 14, 2011 at 10:36 pm

@peanutapt That would be fantastic thank you

  15. smildonfatalis1 on January 14, 2011 at 11:01 pm

  16. peanutapt on January 14, 2011 at 11:55 pm

@smildonfatalis1 oh and what i meant by “ALOT of lighting” is if ur plannin on stayin out too late i wouldnt really try it with these lens. Ill get some pics of wildlife around my location and post them on flickr and u can choose urself u kno? i hope i help! Just give me a few days or a week and ill shoot u a PM when i uploaded them

  17. peanutapt on January 15, 2011 at 12:40 am

@smildonfatalis1 I reckon i would have to skip these lens since ull need IS and prob a lens that has a lower f stop. You’ll need ALOT of lighting to get a non blurred picture if ur holdin it by hand. I wouldnt use these honestly for that use get better lens. Like ive been sayin im only gonna use them till i can get better ones but i wouldnt really recommend them for that use ill give it a try in a few days and see how it works out (if i get a excellent subject)

  18. smildonfatalis1 on January 15, 2011 at 1:08 am

Would you recommend this lens for an amerature wildlife photographer?

  19. IIproductionsII on January 15, 2011 at 1:52 am

@peanutapt It works with every Canon DSLR up to the 7d.

  20. peanutapt on January 15, 2011 at 2:50 am

@B1z3rKeR im not sure about that but if the t2i has the same specs as the rebel xs than you should b ok wit these lens

  21. B1z3rKeR on January 15, 2011 at 2:59 am

Does this lens work with the canon t2i?

  22. peanutapt on January 15, 2011 at 3:05 am

@MrStriker80 I like to use this lens when my primary lens wont go as far even if i only use these at daylight quite hard to use at night time if you dont got the lighting balanced (For unshaken photos) I like these lens alot but i plot on getting better ones in the future these lens are just temp ones. U can do the same their not as terrible as most ppl say. (At least for me)

  23. MrStriker80 on January 15, 2011 at 3:44 am

what you say bout the shooting experience with this 75-300 mm lens without IS..? i have the same DSLR with its kit lens and thinking to buy this lens.

  24. IxdokuxI on January 15, 2011 at 4:21 am
